How do I list my product on Hi-Sigma?
Pay the one-time ₹999 setup fee to become a verified seller. You'll get 2 free listing credits. Use them to submit your product via the Seller Hub, or choose Assisted Listing (₹299) and we'll do it for you.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard sellers get listings with the Hi-Sigma contact number. Premium sellers (₹1,999/year) can display their own phone number and email publicly on all their listings.
How long does approval take?
Product listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email once your product goes live.
Can I list bulk/wholesale quantities?
Yes! Hi-Sigma is designed for B2B bulk orders. You can specify your MOQ (minimum order quantity) and price ranges in your listing.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers use the "Request Bulk Quote" button on your listing. We forward the enquiry to you. Premium sellers also have their phone/email shown directly.
What happens when my listing credits run out?
You can top up anytime from your Seller Hub. Buy single credits (₹199), 10-pack (₹690), or 20-pack (₹980).
Is there a refund policy?
Setup fees and listing credits are non-refundable once used. Please contact support before purchase if you have questions.
